$10.00 additional late fee will be added after Registration deadline

All NEW players must bring a copy of their birth certificate. Registration cannot be completed without a birth certificate on file. Players who have previously played with Tulsa United should check the Birth Certificate list on the website to verify that we have your birth certificate on file.
