Are guest players allowed?

No, guest players are not allowed.  An official/sanctioned roster is required at tournament check-in and all players must be listed on that roster.

Can we send separate checks for each player?  Can I send one check for two or more teams?

Yes, as long as it adds up to the total tournament cost for the team(s)

I coach two teams, can you schedule my games such that I won't have conflicts?

We are sensitive to this situation and will do everything possible to schedule your games so you can coach them all.  However, it is a tournament and the schedule; especially for the playoff rounds may not have allow for staggering such games.

Do I have to check the team in?  

The coach or manager must check in 1 hour before their first game at the registration tent to ensure we have an official and certified roster, with player numbers and that the fee has been paid.  Also, the coach must check in prior to each game to get the game card to give to the referee.

How do I know if I'm the home or away team?  

The first team listed on the schedule is considered the home team

Which side of the field do I sit on?

Players, coaches and parents for the Home teams sit on the South and East side of the field.  Visitors sit on the North and West

What if both teams have the same colored jersey?

home teams are responsible for differentiating jersey colors (hence, bring backup jersey or biddies, targets)

Is parking a problem?

Yep, big time problem.  Allow extra time to find a parking spot and drive slowly through the parking lot.  There is overflow parking across the street at the school.  No parking is allowed on the grass or on the street next to the fields.  If you park on the street, you WILL get ticketed by the Tulsa Police.

Are Academy Teams Allowed?

No.  This tournament is for Recreational teams.  There is no Academy division and Academy teams are not allowed in the rec divisions.  Sorry.  Academy teams may play in the Blitz tournament later in the month.  See their website for details.

I'm from out of town.  Is there a good and close hotel for my team?

Soon.  Last year TUSC has arranged with the Renaissance Hotel for a special group rate.  It is a top quality hotel and very convenient to the fields, restaurants, and shopping.
